I offer fixed fee services in education, family, immigration, property, estate administration and probate, and wills, specialising in Chinese-speaking clients and clients with HK BNO passport immigration service. The range of fixed fee depends on the complexity:

Education, and guardianship matters £800 – 1000
Estate Administration and probate £1200 – 1500
Lasting power of attorneys £450 – 650
Wills £150 – 250
Family law
Pre-nuptial agreements £600 – 900
Divorce and financial settlement £900 – 1500
Immigration law
Visa applications and appeals £950 – 1500
Property law
Residential conveyancing £900 – 1500
Commercial conveyancing £1500 – 2500
Leases £1800 – 2500
Landlord and Tenant £750 – 1000

About Me

Josephine Farrell

Josephine Farrell’s legal expertise is backed by First Class Honours from Guildford Law College (1991). Her foundation in law was established through rigorous training at Tweedie and Prideaux Solicitors in London's Lincoln's Inn Fields (now Veale Wasbrough Vizards LLP), where she developed comprehensive expertise in Conveyancing, Probate, and private client matters.

Her career includes significant international experience in the United Arab Emirates, where she served as legal counsel and Registrar for one of the three universities in the UAE federal university system. This role showcased her expertise in higher education law and regulatory compliance, complemented by her academic credentials, including an LLB from the University of London, a Master of Law from the University of Leicester, a Master of Applied Linguistics from the University of London, a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Management from the University of Bath.
